After 3 years of working with these businesses, having supported over 75 clients and developed multiple brands for our own family businesses, and for our clients, we decided to look into offshoring since it was getting more and more difficult to manage it just between the three of us.

This set us on our path and journey of starting up an offshore team – through our experience of trying to work with BPO companies, we found it somewhat overwhelming, the terms and conditions were very complex, the costs/fee structures were a lot up front (when we weren’t even sure how it would work for us), and overall, the thought of even getting started seemed too risky.

By 2019, we decided to take matters into our own hands – once again coming from a very entrepreneurial background, we decided to make a shift in our business. We decided to become a Marketing BPO Powerhouse.

We came up with simple and transparent terms, that were written in layman’s terms, we put together a very straight forward cost breakdown that was easily understood and we ensured that clients could explore offshoring without the upfront costs – making it more risk-free to explore this option for their business.

By 2020, we had launched our business globally, during the pandemic and we were fortunate enough to have grown our business through our own experience of struggling to offshore, to now being able to make offshoring simple and easy for other businesses to grow, without worrying.

We expanded our business offering from Marketing Solutions to a variety of solutions touching a wide range of industries such as Accounting, Administration, Engineering, Customer Service, Healthcare, IT and Real Estate.
